We are looking for Certified Notary Signing Agents to join our network of mobile notaries. Quick Closings 123 provides mobile notary services on real estate closings for lenders, title companies, and attorney offices.
Mobile Notary Requirements
All applicants must meet or exceed the following:
- 1 Year of Experience as a Notary Signing Agent
- Hold A Valid Notarial Certificate
- Professional Demeanor and Attitude
- Current Background Screening
- Current E & O policy
All applicants will need to have access* to:
- High-Speed Internet
- Laser Printer Capable of Printing Legal Size Documents
- Fax Machine or Scanner

All applicants will also need to provide the following with their online application:
Copy of Valid Notarial Certificate
Copy of Current Background Screening
Proof of Current E&O Insurance Policy
Completed and Signed W-9
Independent Contract Agreement
ACH Payment Form
Copy of Valid Driver’s License
Two References within Loan Industry
